Bill Brandt was a photographer who liked to use high contrast and unusual angles in his images. He quoted “I am not interested in rules or conventions. Photography is not a sport.” So he was not afraid to try new things in his work and often went out of the ordinary for example he often used his own unique style in his images and did his own thing.

 

 In one of his nude images he uses strong black and white tones with curved angles shot in a bold action frame. The women in the image is posing by looking down by the bottom right hand corner and her waist is turned with her hand on her fore head.

 

Bill Brandt is also well known for his unusual angles for example, in one of his images he takes a low shot of someone’s face with a background of a field with a house behind. There is another image that is very similar to this one but instead it is taken in doors and it shows the side of the persons face.
